Reserve the winery-to-town collection before leaving the Plaza. If travelling onward to an airport or San Francisco, arrange that as an additional leg with a realistic traffic buffer rather than attaching it informally to the tasting return.

A gentler option: Arrange a seated meal, shorten the Plaza walking and ask the museum about the current exhibition route. Choose Buena Vista only after it confirms your tasting’s access; a suitable round-trip vehicle can replace the winery approach walk.
